Project Summary: Project support to The Shareholder Commons (TSC) to introduce a new tool for shareholder activism: investor-led Guardrails around corporate behavior. This work will involve:
- Piloting two Guardrails; one focused on health and one on labor (the latter alongside leading shareholder activist, ShareAction), and
- Consulting with the investor ecosystem, including those focused on protecting nature, to inspire systemic action and future Guardrail initiatives.
