Project Summary: Auriga Nusantara is a non-governmental organization that conducts research, advocacy and policy change for better environmental governance in Indonesia. Auriga’s vision is the creation of natural resource sustainability and environmental balance to enhance quality of life. Auriga works on the protection, preservation and sustainable utilization of water, soil, forest, minerals, energy and biodiversity. This project aims to provide near real-time deforestation monitoring related to transition mineral mining, while engaging with industry and government to drive improved site restoration and ESG commitments.
