Project summary
Project support to The Shareholder Commons (TSC) to introduce a new tool for shareholder activism: investor-led Guardrails around corporate behaviour. This work will involve:
• Piloting two Guardrails; one focused on health and one on labour (the latter alongside leading shareholder activist, ShareAction), and
• Consulting with the investor ecosystem, including those focused on protecting nature, to inspire systemic action and future Guardrail initiatives
